Charity Auction Algarve Facebook group

We chose the name Algarve Emporium Charity because we sell things that have been donated so that we can buy groceries for struggling families. 

An emporium is a large shop that selling a variety of merchandise. 

One of the ways we sell is through our Charity Auction Algarve Facebook group. 

When we have enough suitable donations Maggie Haywood creates an auction. This usually lasts 8 days. Goods are bid on by writing in the comments boxes. It’s all very simple but don’t worry, we have a set of instructions and there is always Maggie Haywood or Caroline Langston to answer your questions. 

After the auction, if you are a winning bidder, you can choose from one of the 17 locations across the Algarve to collect your purchase.
